I hereby agree that the Uncomfortable Art Gallery and the Korea Verband e.V. may use and distribute the
photos and videos uploaded by myself without any restrictions in time, space and content. The photos may be
published both in unaltered and edited form.
I have been informed about the right to one's own image according to §22 of the German Art Copyright Act
(KunstUrhG) and waive any fee. I also agree to my name being mentioned in connection with the photo.
Hiermit erkläre ich mich damit einverstanden, dass die Uncomfortable Art Gallery und der Korea Verband e.V.
die von mir hochgeladenen Fotos und Videos zeitlich, räumlich, sachlich und inhaltlich unbeschränkt nutzen
und verbreiten darf. Eine Veröffentlichung der Fotos darf sowohl in unveränderter als auch in bearbeiteter
Form erfolgen.
Über das Recht am eigenen Bild gemäß § 22 KunstUrhG bin ich belehrt worden und verzichte auf ein Honorar.
Ich bin außerdem damit einverstanden, dass mein Name im Zusammenhang mit dem Foto genannt wird.
